I'm sure it would be fine. My doctor told me not to take them and to stick with just vitamin C drops or something without menthol so I just got some of those and they work just as good! 😊

yup. i always ate a few of the mint ones for naseua. just dont eat the whole bag in one sitting

i did and i been fine ... but i think theres a limit
