Hcg levels

Hi ladies. So I had to have my bloods in the EPU on Wednesday because my levels were 60 so they wanted to see if they go up. They think it's a very new pregnancy. So they phoned me yesterday and said that my numbers have more than tripled. So they said they can scan me next Wednesday and should be able to see something.My last pregnancy I miscarried and I had pelvic pain last week that's how I found out I was pregnant lol. But I just don't know how they would be able to see anything yet? In my last I had a scan at 6 weeks and they could only just about see the baby. And now I'm panicking now because they want to scan me lol. Just looking for some advise thanks x
