I Have social anxiety and when i have anxiety i pick at anything i can. And today i was picking at my s/o and some lady told me to get away from her business if i was gonna do that nasty stuff.( wasnt in her business was sitting outside in the shade waiting for MIL.) then she walked by after i ran off to the other side of the parking lot crying. And said "you need to do something with yourself".

Now i really dont want to go anywhere. Can anyone help with this? Like i can't control it
