Spotting??
I've miscarried once and feel like maybe I'm just being paranoid, I didn't have any spotting last time. Just found out I'm pregnant a few days ago. Prior to finding out, I had two separate occasions where I'd had a little bit of blood when I went pee and had thought "maybe I'm starting my period now..?" Then learned I'm pregnant. Just had a little bit of spitting and am just wondering how paranoid I'm being?
