Posting for a friend* May be long sorry but really confused

I had a period August 25th to Aug 29th/30th. I had a doctors appointment on the 30th. My doctor prescribed me provera (2nd time) and Clomid (1st time). I started provera on Sept. 2nd. My ''period" started on the 14th. I'm on "CD3" and I'm supposed to start Clomid. But I'm not sure if this is my period. It's really light. Like today it's just spotting. There's nothing on the pad. All my periods are usually light the first day but then go full blown heavy on CD2-4. I usually have to change pads alot but this cycle it's not the same. Ovia app supposedly timed my fertile week as Aug 30th to Sept 2nd. I BD all those days. Would you guys say this is my period or possibly something else? TIA
