Could I be pregnant?

My period is usually right on time every month and I have been TTC. When I was almost a week late, I was getting excited. Now I have light bleeding and sort of a painful backache that it just worsening. I don't usually have a backache, even on my period. I'm very nervous and sad now since my bleeding might also worsen. I have had a molar pregnancy in the past and when I got pregnant that time with the molar pregnancy, I had spotting and light bleeding for a few weeks and they found out it's molar. They ended up surgically taking it out. I am very scared and very sad. :( I can't go to the doctor right now. I didn't take a test yet.
