Hair color mixing??

Question

So I want to mix garnier nutrisse ultra hair color and garnier nutrisse hair color is there a difference between? Would it be okay to mix the two hair dyes? Their both garnier.. and below im going to show the two colors in a picture. Tell me what u think .

Ones for lightening and ones a dye. I wouldnt mix..it would probably be read. Since the base in the top looks red and the base in the bottom looks violet. So you could end up with some redish purple hair

Personally I always make it a rule to never mix chemicals of any kind.

How about you just go to a professional? It's a lot less harsh on your hair to have professional color used and they actual know what they are doing! And if you ever want to change your hair color it's a lot easier to get professional color out versus box dye! And a lot cheaper if you go to someone who knows what they are doing BEFORE you fuck up your hair...

It won't hurt to mix two downy colors even if they are different brands. I personally wouldn't use boxed color though. It is horrible for your hair. Your best bet is to go to a sally's beauty silly store and buy the tunes of color you want and the developer and do it the way they would in a salon. But whatever you decide good luck and I hope you get the color you want :)

I have mixed 2 boxes of the same or very close shades of the same brand before with no problem. Just mix well

I always mix a burgundy with a light brown so it comes out darker. It comes out amazing.
