Brown Spotting 21 weeks

Hi! I'm 21 weeks 1 day and I've had brown spotting all day. I do have a cold and when I rolled over in bed last night, I feel like I pulled a muscle in my lower abdomen. Could either of those (muscle pain or cold) cause the brown discharge? I have a doppler and baby sounds ok so I'm tryimg not to freak out. Any thoughts? Anyone had this at 21 weeks?
