Sensitive nipples (tmi)

Hello all!

I have pcos. I have had it forever now and my last AF was on valentines day. Nothing since then. However tonight, my nipples are so sensitive. Like not in a hurting way. Usually I honestly can never feel them and tonight i can a lot. The other day with out thinking about it the sides of my breast hurt around my arm out area but I ignored it.

Could this be AF or Pregnant?
