How should I track my ovulation you guys? Since I'm out the game this month starting today😔. Oh yeah and what method is better to conceive like should I take medicine or something things like that.

I start using OPK's and track my BBT the after my period ends and record it in the app.

I downloaded the glow app you track your periods and it tells you when you are on your peak days for ovulation. I swear it's what helped me understand my body and the best times to have sex during the month to get pregnant.

OPKs worked for me!  Cm is another way if you produce enough, but it can take a few months to get familiar with how it changes in your cycle to know.  Some women do temp measurements- this confused me.  My advice- get OPKs as it's accurate to identifying fertile window.  Good luck!

Checking your cervical mucous is one good way and it's free. I also really like ovulation tests
