Pms symptoms different every month
Is anyone else's pms symptoms different every month? Usually I get a bit of cramping but other than that its always different. Last month I had horrible backache that went right up my spine, the month before I never had any symptoms apart from horrible cramping the day it started. This month my nipples are super sensitive.
It doesn't help when my periods are irregular so consistent symptoms would be helpful to try and gauge when it's coming!
