thinx undies

so because of some health issues going on I am no longer able to use tampons....which is already like a fuck me thing...menstrual cup is also currently not an option -_-. But I work in the food industry as a pastry chef for a sports stadium and I'm on my feet running around sometimes 13 hours a day and bathroom breaks are not always an option when I'd like them to be. plus when you're in a hot sweaty kitchen and running up and down stairs pads are like the Bain of my existence, and I have a heavy flow. I'm looking for any form of alternative to make my life easier since we all know that calling out of work on your period is not an option. But money is super tight for me so before I got spending $34 on a pair of underwear I'd like some feedback not physically on the thinx website, cause we all know how that goes. has anybody tried them that has a yea or nay, or more personal real life info for me. greatly appreciated.
