Birth control pill and period

I have been on birth control for 9 months now so 2 months ago I skipped my period last month I had a really heavy period and this month I've had a stop of blood when I wiped. I start the inactive pills today.

I'm worried about pregnancy happening. I take my pills at the same time everyday. And I always use a condom and I make sure there are no holes in the condom when we are finished. I also do not let my so finish inside of me with the Condom on. I've had this discharge so far
