Two week wait

This cycle I told myself I wasn't going to symptom spot I've just been super busy with work and going to nursing school I just haven't been noticing anything. However, yesterday Saturday I believe I was cycle day 6 or 7 and I was having a lot of dull cramps on my right side (almost like ovulation cramps)with being extremely nausea and dizziness and my back had been killing me.. so today other being extremely tired I feel fine no symptoms.. could this just be in my head? Who else has experienced nausea and dull cramping then nothing and have been pregnant?
