Yesterday was my 30th birthday. My mom makes amazing homemade Chinese food, way better than from any restaurant. So, she made that for my birthday dinner. First, I live in the Houston area and we had horrible storms last night. My mom was getting ready to fry the egg rolls and the lights went out. She was able to finish frying them with a cast iron skillet on the grill, and we ate dinner by candle/flash light. LOL! It will be a memorable one.
