Yesterday was my 30th birthday. My mom makes amazing homemade Chinese food, way better than from any restaurant. So, she made that for my birthday dinner. First, I live in the Houston area and we had horrible storms last night. My mom was getting ready to fry the egg rolls and the lights went out.
