Do you sleep with a tampon in?

I always use tampons in the day, but never at night. I've been at my boyfriends this weekend and have only slept for abiut 6 hours at a time so i slept using a tampon instead of just a pad. if i use them at home do i need to wake up after 8 hours, or would i be ok to sleep for 9 hours for example?

I prefer sleeping with tampons in because my blood doesn't magically stay on the pad at night, unfortunately.

I clicked instead of no by accident 😩😩 I'd say you're okay for 9 hours but I wouldnt push it any longer... when I used tampons, I'd use them during the day but pads when I slept as my sleeping patterns are extremely unpredictable like sometimes I'll sleep for 5 hours and sometimes I'll sleep for upwards of 12 so I always used pads

if you wore it for 12 hours (i don't recommend it) , you'd be fine , but i'm talking about a one time thing .

I use tampons during the day, & overnight pads at night. 9hours you should be fine, but no longer than that! Even during the day I try to change my tampon every 4-6 hours.
