Best part of my cycle to visit the Dr. about TTC?

my DH and I have been ttc for about a year now so I think it's time to go visit the doctor to make sure everything checks out. which part of my cycle should I visit the Dr. so he/she can do any tests they'd like.

I realllly hope I'm not supposed to go during AF cause that grosses me out lol should I go during my fertile week? after my AF before fertile week? during 2ww?

Here in Australia it doesn't really matter what day you go. My visit was more covering medical history etc and discussing what they would do. Then we got referrals for blood tests and a tracking cycle, HSG and my partners semen analysis.

​Once everything was done we went back to discuss the results. The tracking cycle started on day 1 and I was told at the end of each day when I would need to come back for the next one. The last test was 2 weeks after ovulation.  For someone who doesn't like needles you learn to deal with them very quickly!

Hi Jessie, the dr normally does bloods on cd3 and cd21. If your DH is having semen analysis, that can be done at anytime obviously. GL
