Skin rash advice?

I noticed a skin rash on my 1 wk old baby's arms yesterday and of course it didn't show up until we got back from doc appt. 
I wonder if she is allergic to J&J lotion? Anyone notice anything similar and what lotions do you use?

My LO couldn't use any J&J baby products I switched to the Baby aveeno

It's a newborn rash. My pedi said anytime there are spots with a white dot in the middle it's a newborn rash. He said it's normal and doesn't itch. It goes away on its own. My baby had that too

Don't use any products on newborns skin, they don't need it as they produce their own natural oils and their skin isn't mature enough. Just wash with cotton wool and water daily with a one a week bath. Let her skin air out and keep an eye on the rash, call the doctor also for advice. It could be heat rash maybe?

My son had that! They are like little pussy dots too. Take the baby a bath in warm water with some baking soda and they will go away.
