nosebleed!?

Question

my nephew have nosebleeds every night 
its like water running out of his nose 
i google to find out whats wrong 
many says its adenoid 
but im not really sure 
does anyone of u had this happen to ur child?

I have them every night because I have to do sinus rinses otherwise I get severe sinus infections, more to the story but it would get long. My brother also use to get them every night and a few times we both have vomited blood. Do not tilt his head back. It could be a polyp but most likely it's just dry. Talk to a doctor about cauterization. My brother had it done and he hasn't had one in years. I have to wait til I get out of the military for an allergy clinic and ear nose and throat doc referral from the va for cauterization and deviated septum surgery.

Having nose bleeds is pretty common especially in small children because they like to pick their noses and their noses also get very dry. My son has them from time to time which is pretty scary but having them every night is NOT normal at all. He needs to see a doctor because it could be due to serious help problems.
