Can anyone help?

Question

I have been having these pains in the lower bottom of my belly, I have been feeling sick before I eat or after I eat? Yesterday morning I woke up feeling really sick, and I have the implant so it can't be that. 
I also looked on my period app and it said that I was suppose to be coming on 3days ago, but still haven't? 
What could this be??

I would follow up with a doctors appointment if you're still feeling worried in the next week or two. But in my experience Nexplanon throws off the timing of your cycle and sometimes causes symptoms that are similar to pregnancy symptoms. I've had maybe 3 times since getting the implant in January of 2017 where I thought I might be pregnant but I just waited it out. Also I bought a bunch of cheap pregnancy tests off amazon because having my period off makes me paranoid. It has definitely helped. It's probably a good idea to get some for peace of mind.
