Goosebumps/chills?

I'm 8 weeks and 4 days now for the past couple of days I've been feeling goosebumps and chills. I don't feel sick other than feeling nauseous, which I've had for almost three weeks now. I didn't know if anyone else has had chills and goosebumps or if anyone knows if it's normal. The doctors office isn't open today or id call.
