pregnancy test, can it mean something?" /> I've been trying for 3 months. I'm irregular due to 3 years of birth control. I meant to be ovulating this week but ive had no indication I am, no stringy discharge etc. Just feeling emotional. Could this dream be a sign? In the dream I had positive on the cheap tests and negative on the digital.

I've had dreams about BEING pregnant although I'm not and a not exactly wanting to be again.. I have a dream book (not the best, very vague) but birth/pregnancy related dreams can be directly related to pregnancy or can be a sign of growth or re-birth of some aspect in your life!
