Opinions????
I'm 19 (in a week), about 210-220lbs (I'm not entirely sure because my scale is a little off), and 5 '4 1/2. I recently started to loose weight and was wondering if you girls could help me set a proper goal. I used to think I wanted to be about 140 but I'm no longer sure, would that be to low of a number for my body type?? And can you girls give me any helpful tips?? 💓
