Things I did differently this month!
I got my BFP this month and I wanted to share with you some things I did which I believe got me there:
Background info: I have pcos and trying for 7 months.
1. I follow a strict paleo diet but this month just relaxed a little bit and wasnt too hard on myself for having a treat here or there. I even had a couple of drinks with work colleagues the night before I found out!
2. I was told I had a cold uterus after my accupunture session and so after suspected ovulation I wore slippers and had a blanket on me as much as possible. At work I wore closed in shoes and a cardigan- I live in a tropical climate so this would have looked really strange!
3. I had my first accupunture session around the same time I could be ovulating... CD 15... I happened to have DTD with my man that morning. Mind you my cycles are always different so I was hopeful but realistic.
4. My man and I would have dates weekly to take the pressure off and so sex came really easily and lovingly.
5. I took my vitamins and herb mixture prescribed by my naturopath routinely every morning, every day.
6. Instead of doing the same exercises I started hiking 6.4km three times a week. I said yes to signing up for my first 10km fun run so my focus shifted from ttc to something else.
7. During my tww I stayed calm and neutral and meditated rather than worried about whether I was or wasn't. I was so angry that even the royal family was pregnant again so I deleted my social media to focus on my mental health.
