weird discharge

i have a snotty looking yellow/green discharge, its kinda runny and ive had it a few days now (abt 4-5 days) my period doesnt come again until the 8th of next month and i did have sex right after my period ended on the night of and the morning after. i do have some other "sickness" going on. i have a fever, chills, runny nose, loss of appetite, back pain and sore breasts. idk if any of this is related just trying to give a good amount of info to get the most accurate answers..
