Preeclampsia concerns

I'm 13w6d and had my first trimester screening last week, got the results back today. All results for Down Syndrome and Trisomy disorders came back fine so need to worry there.. however, they were concerned about my PAPP-A results. Now I seriously have no idea what any of this really means being that I'm a first time mom but when they mentioned preeclampsia and chance of pregnancy loss, it obviously concerned me. My BP today was 107/78 so it's not high at all but I'm still slightly worried.

Any insight?
