How are they going to help you!??? YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Nutrition is one of the most important factors in health to a practicing KNOWLEDGABLE physician. I can't believe (well yeah I can, I know exactly why!) that they only teach about a week of nutrition in American medical schools... that's why I'm getting my degree abroad 😂

Lol yeah but only because it was part of a cardiac rehab program and I didn't have to pay for it. I still took her advice I just didn't want her looking at me with her judgemental eyes.
