Were you able to find out your baby's gender at the anatomy scan?

Was your baby cooperating for your anatomy scan? Or did you have to wait til a later scan to find out the gender? I'm just curious as to how common it is for the baby to not cooperate for the gender reveal! If you had trouble at first what did you do to make sure you find out the gender if anything?

I just had to wait 5 weeks until I could get a second scan. Fortunately (Fortunately? It was totally stressful at the time.) they couldn't get her brain or profile either and needed a rescan. They don't have to offer another scan for gender alone!

yes, but he was being very shy and didn't want too cooperate. I had to roll on my side so many times. Lol I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to see it!

I had an elective ultrasound at 18 weeks to find out the gender because all my sisters were going to be in town. This was not done at my doctor and he was cooperative (all though the tech did lean over to me and say "I don't want to say this real loud, but your son is totally jerking right now" 😂😂😂😂 he literally was playing with himself.) had my anatomy scan at 20 weeks with my doc and he was NOT cooperative. Took 1.5 hrs because he kept moving away from the ultrasound wand and kicking it everytime they got close hahaha he's a firecracker

My girl cooperated %100 with that part of the us, and we got a good shot. Then we went to see her face and she put. It's arms in front of her and wouldn't budge. 😅😂
Sucks, because I don't think they'll be doing another, but that's okay!
