I use to wear make up for dance recitals. I hated it. It made me look fake. And once for my boyfriend's sister's wedding. Everyone was laughing because I looked like a china doll. That made me feel way less confident. I don't wear it unless I have to.

I prefer how I look with makeup on but mostly go without it these days bc I'm lazy and love sleeping in. I feel like I look like a child without my makeup done. 🙈

I used to never feel beautiful without makeup on. I wouldn't leave the house without it. Then my fiancé dared me to go a week without any makeup on. I got to day 3 and realized, I really don't need it. Nobody seemed to care if I had makeup on or not. Plus, I got to sleep and extra half hour in the morning. And washing my face at night was so much easier. So now I don't wear makeup to work unless I really want too, and I save my full beat days for special occasions. And I thank my fiancé for making me realize, I'm beautiful without it. ❤
