IVF starting October 1st..... my first time... any tips for egg retrieval and meds??

I'm also doing a frozen transfer in December once my results come back from genetic testing.... 
I'm really nervous about it all... any advice or tips??

I found acupuncture to be very helpful in keeping me calm and reducing my stress level during IVF #3.   We did a fresh day 3 transfer and I'm 10w today.

Hey best of luck with everything! Drink plenty of water it will help with the headaches, and take your time with injections.
