I just got out of my fertile window (marked in blue). And I had sexual activity on the 15th. (No sexual penetration but I'm worried sperm may have gotten in my vagina anyways). My period is supposed to come at the end of the month

I really hope I'm not pregnant. Are the symptoms I've been experiencing just in my head (headaches, nausea, etc).
