Period?

hi all, I am 5 weeks postpartum today after a c section. I probably bleed for 2 weeks after the c section and was unable to breastfeed because I simply never got a milk supply. I noticed yesterday that I was maybe a little crampy and then today I am bleeding. It's not enough to leave anything on the underwear but it's pretty bright red and decent amount when I wipe. I'm just not sure if I am just bleeding again or if it's potentially my first period already? Before I got pregnant my cycle was never regular. I'm a ftm so I'm not sure how this all works.
