Not Sure but annoyed

I have 2 kids a 3 yo and a 5 month old. My husband is getting ready to deploy next week and I started a new job last week. We have our 3 yo already in daycare but not our 5 mo. I mention to my mom I had to find a daycare for our daughter. She offered to have them take our daughter Tuesday- Saturday so I could work and just worry about my 3 yo and not have to get up every few hours at night. It would also save us a lot of money. For 3 full days it would have been $220 a week vs $40 in gas and a 4 hour round trip drive. Now don't get me wrong I am so grateful for my parents helping us out by watching her but last week I didn't get her back in the condition I dropped her off in. We picked her up Saturday and she has pimples and bumps all over her body and face. She now has cradle cap and now has started losing hair on the top of her head. It's much thinner than last week. They said she was awake and eating every 3-4 hours but the night we get her home she at 6 oz and slept 6 hours 2x! Like I said I'm grateful for my parents helping out but I am annoyed at her condition.
