since last night my 1year old son has had a fever on and off. It never goes above 100. And Today he's been cranky, fussy, he didn't want to eat, he spit up 2 times (which he never does) and his back and stomach are really warm, and he has a runny nose . we just checked and his temperature is if 100 again. We not sure what's going on. I know he has a molar that is breaking through so I'm not sure if it's from that or something else. Should we take him to the hospital tonight or just sit til tomorrow to take him to the doctor? What should we do?
