Has anyone tried the little ones sleep program? If so is it really worth the $40? I don't wanna throw out money on something that isn't actually going to help, but I'm so exhausted I'm willing to try anything. My 5 month old is a horrible sleeper. He takes 3 30- 40 minute naps during the day and then he puts up a huge fight to go to sleep at night and wakes up every 1-2 hours and struggles to be put back to sleep each time. I'm on my 4th week of this and I find myself crying with him in the morning. I'm just so exhausted and don't know what to do and I can't just let him cry.
