Why do so many of you support adult/child relationships???

14 year old dating 26 year old. "Who cares! As long as you're happy!" Wtf? 
16 year old with 30 year old. "Age is just a number, don't listen to haters!"  
"I'm 18 and with a 40 year old, I'm glad you are happy"..um you're an adult dating an adult here..
What's wrong with you guys?? This isn't ok..why is there so much support for child/teen dating an adult?

i've been seeing it too and i don't understand why so many people advocate it. that shits not okay. and i would be skeptical of any grown man dating someone who was in high school.

If it's legal it's not really my business. I personally would not be okay with a 16 year old dating a 30 year old, but in my state, it's legal, so I don't have a say.

I've never seen that. what groups are you in? Most of the women are fine as long as it's 18 & up. But even then I've seen women bashing the fuck out of 18yr olds with 30 & 40 yr olds.

When I was 17 I was with a 30 year old. 
And 19 I was with a 37 year old who is now my SO.

if they're over 16 idc, it's legal and is none of my business unless it's family and I'm genuinely concerned for them. under 16 I would comment it's not ok but other than that keep out of it, they aren't my child and I have no say in their life.
