Positive Reinforcement Ideas

We have a 3.5 year old and a 1.5 year old, and we are hoping to modify some undesirable behaviors through positive reinforcement. However, I'm not super creative in this area (I'm hoping for more than a star chart), so I'm hoping for some creative ideas!
