Maybe I'm just freaking out

So 3 or 4 weeks ago I was diagnosed with a sub chorionic hemorrhage well I haven't had any bright red bleeding since the day I was diagnosed,I've passed a lot of old brown blood but nothing new.

Tonight me and my two year old were in my bed asleep and I just happened to barely open my eyes and all I seen was her legs as she was about to fall off my high ass bed into the floor head first,my natural reaction was to grab her and pull her back on the bed (without even thinking). I'm on pelvic rest and I've been following the doctors orders as I was told..but now I'm freaking out hoping I didn't cause any damage.

Ladies help ease my mind!!!!
