last night I was woken by a sharp pain in my lower abdomen which lasted around 5 minutes. this morning I have been cramping up in the same place alot less painful than what woke me up last night. no spotting/bleeding, just backache, bloated and very tierd to go along with it.

before AF comes I usually get bloated and have a bad stomach for a few days around this time of my cycle, everything goes normal then the day before AF comes, bad stomach comes back and my belly is incredibly bloated none of this has happened yet. 🤞🤞
