White lumps on tonsils

A few times after giving my boyfriend a blowjob I've woken up with this white lump on my tonsil but it goes away in a matter of days. I originally thought that I had strep throat but I don't have any other symptoms and I don't feel like I'm sick. Any idea what else it could be?
