Okay mamas I'm miserable! There's like a three hour period from 3 am to 6 am I can not sleep! I get back to sleep and have to be back up at 7:30 to get my son and husband ready to go to work and school. I have no issues going to sleep. The only thing that seems to be helping a little bit is sleeping downstairs on the 6 ft bean bag. I just can't get comfortable.
I have been on sleep aid for years and the moment I found out I'm pregnant. I stopped taking it. My son and husband are sleeping in the loft. It stinks because I am not sleeping in bed with my husband and he tells me every morning how much he misses me.... what are you guys doing to sleep better?
