I work at a hospital... and there is sooooo much drama on the unit I work.... It's especially between 2 nurses that they just drag everyone in the middle of there issues... one tends to be worse than the other, because she thinks she's gangsta, and likes to twist things, I cant even talk to a guy with out her saying that Im fucking him. It's such a hostile environment to work in. Any advice... because my next best thing is going to HR... and I really wanted to avoid doing that, because she does have a kid and she needs her job plus she'll get fired right away because she has a domestic violence case.
