With my daughter I was having symptoms in early December including a missed period, and I couldn't get a positive test until mid Feb, her due date according to her first ultrasound at "6 weeks" was Oct 6th, she was so small you could barley see her but definitely heard that strong little heartbeat though. She was growing so slow all my doctors, even specialists were convinced that something had to be wrong with her or her umbilical cord or the placenta and induced me at 38 weeks on the dot, and my baby was literally perfectly healthy in every way, not one thing wrong with her or her umbilical cord or the placenta, they even sent my placenta to the hospital's lab and everything came back ok. I was so upset they forced her out so early and yet nothing was wrong and she would've been fine staying inside of me, "cooking" until she was ready. But oh well she's healthy, no nicu stay even at 5 pounds and 5 ounces, and she's almost a year old (on the 22nd)!
