Moving on

So I was with my ex a while and we started trying for a baby and he moved in then he started acting differently and it came out he was cheating on me with his ex but he keeps getting back with her and then texting me telling me he misses me and he loves me and he wants me back or turns up at my door and like an idiot I take him back then it goes in the same cycle again of everything being fine between me and him and then him going back to his ex then he stole my bank card and stole money out of my bank and out of my house and brought my dead parents into arguments ect he's taken it too far now how can I move on when he doesn't give up?
