Things to take to a Breast biopsy
I recently had a breast biopsy and while my experience was quick and relatively painless, I made a list of things I wish had thought to bring:
1. A sports bra (for compression and comfort afterwards)
2. A stress ball (I was lucky and they had one available for me)
3. Someone to touch you and hold your hand (could even be a nurse)
4. A shawl or blanket (it gets cold in the mammogram room)
