Today, my husband and I decided to change to a new doctor. I'm beyond frustrated with my current OB-GYN. She did our second ultrasound today and didn't say a word. The whole thing lasted about 30 seconds (just like the first). I thought they would point and discuss the baby with you, but nope. I felt like I didn't even get to look at my baby. And despite the 2 seconds I did get to glimpse my 10+ week teddy bear, she handed us the absolute worst blob of a photo to keep. She treats me like a number, like she can't wait to get out of the room. And she HURTS me every time she performs an exam. I even asked her today, after openly declaring my pain, "Am I the only one who reacts like this during a pelvic exam?" And her response....

"Most women tolerate it better."

I'm disgusted.
