Hi I'm not sure if I have pcos I live in the U.K. How did u lady's find out if u had it iv had blood test and my hormone levels are ok but I'm not reg at all i started my period just before I was 13 was like clock work then about 12 years ago they started getting less regg now if I have 3 in a year that's good but it is funny coz always come on around the 20th like when I first started I do struggle to lose weight but I do love my food to lol I just want to know how you lady's went about things coz I have no clue what's going on doctors ant much help as hormones are at right levels 🤔
