I fucked up and haven't taken care of myself. How do I start before I give birth?

I haven't been eating week or exercising at all. I'm on an eating plan now but fitness wise, I'm not sure what to do.

I want to be able to be good within a week of giving birth if all goes normal.

Is it too late to start working out? If not, what do I start with to make postpartum recovery smoother?
