I wish I could sleep
I've always been a good sleeper. I remember having issues early on with my first pregnancy, but eventually I went back to sleeping like a rock. I'm 13w1d right now and I'm still having sleep trouble. I toss and turn and feel like I wake up 5 times a night. My husband got me a Snoogle last night, but it just made me hot and I still tossed and turned. Any suggestions? I don't really want to resort to Tylenol PM.
