Bleeding on femara?

So I'm on my last day of taking femara and this morning I noticed I had started bleeding. Is this normal? When I had my ultrasound before starting femara the doctor didn't see any follicles.

I bled on the last two days of femara. RE said it could be leftover from previous Menses. Wasn't concerned. It stopped for me abruptly. How are you doing?  What happened with your cycle?  I'm 3dpo in the tww now and having hot flashes vivid dreams and soooo tired but I'm feeling like those are side effects of the crinone prednisone and lovenox I'm on???? Any experience with any of these drugs?

i had it too my re said that letro lowers your estrogen and it can cause some bleeding. mine lasted a week. it started on day 4 of being on letrozole and continued even after i finished letrozole. it stopped a few days before i have my ultrasound to see if i ovulated and i had 3 big healthy eggs.
